Where are your shoes made?+
Every pair is cut, lasted and finished by hand at our atelier in India. We work in small batches and never rush a pair to meet a quota.
How do I pick my size?+
Our shoes fit true to size. If you are between sizes, size down for leather and up for suede. The Size and Care guide has a full chart and a how-to-measure walkthrough.
What is the difference between the Orion and Space sole?+
The Orion is an Italian leather sole, slim and elegant, that moulds to your foot over time. The Space is a cushioned natural rubber sole with grip, built for daily wear and long walks.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are hand-dispatched from our atelier within 2 business days. Pan-India delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. International delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return policy?+
Size exchanges and returns are welcome within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original box.
Can I visit the atelier?+
Yes, by appointment. Write to us or book a Privé Service and we will prepare a quiet fitting at the atelier or at your home.
How do I care for leather and suede?+
The Size and Care guide covers daily, weekly and monthly care routines. In short: wipe uppers after each wear, rest a pair between wears, and use cedar trees to hold shape.
Can you repair a damaged pair?+
Yes. Our welted construction allows a pair to be resoled many times. Bring your pair to the atelier or write to us for an estimate.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout where available, or on delivery for some destinations.
Can I reserve a pair that is out of stock?+
Yes. Use the Custom Reserve page to request a made-to-order pair. Lead time is usually 2 to 4 weeks.
