Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order with Heel and Buckle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the day of your order applies to it.

Orders and Acceptance of Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is not a contract until we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors or suspected misuse. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before payment.

Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third party gateways. We do not store your card details. Your order is prepared only once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship across India. Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Handcrafted pairs may take longer to finish. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us promptly if it is damaged.

Returns

You may request a return within seven days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, unaltered and in their original box with all packaging. Made to order and personalised pairs can be returned only if faulty. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we inspect the pair. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site belongs to Heel and Buckle or its licensors. This includes designs, photographs, text, logos and patterns. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We take care over every pair and every page. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
