Our promise

We make shoes by hand in our atelier Delhi. We treat your information with the same care. We collect only what we need, and we never sell it. This page explains what we hold and why.

What we collect

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your delivery and billing address
• Your order history, including styles and sizes

We also gather basic browsing data through cookies, described below.

How we use it

We use your details to fulfil your order. That means taking payment, making and packing your pair, arranging delivery, and helping with returns or repairs. We also use them to meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting.

Marketing is separate. We send newsletters and previews only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time through the link in any email, or by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We share data only with partners who help us serve you. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose.

• Shopify, which hosts our store and holds order records
• Payment gateways, which process your payment; we never see or store your full card details
• Courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order
• Email service providers, who send order updates and any messages you have opted into

Some of these providers store data outside India. We choose partners with sound security practices.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that help a website work. We use essential cookies to keep your basket and checkout running. We use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. We use marketing cookies only with your consent. You can change your choices in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe. Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

Your information remains yours. You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your data, where the law allows
• Withdraw your consent to marketing
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

How to request deletion

Email customercare@heelandbuckleluxury.com from the address linked to your account. Write "Deletion request" in the subject line and include your name and order number if you have one. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within 30 days.

Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law. If that applies, we will tell you what we are keeping and why. Everything else will be removed.

Changes to this policy
