Refund and Exchange Policy

Every pair is cut, stitched and finished by hand at our atelier. We want you to be certain of yours. If it is not quite right, we will make the process simple.

The 7 day window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of the shoes

Shoes must be unworn and in the original box with all accessories. This includes dust bags, cleaning products, care cards and anything else that came with your order.

Please try your shoes indoors, on a clean surface. Leather is a natural material and it marks easily.

Free pickup across India

We offer one time free pickup pan India. Once your request is confirmed, our courier partner will collect the shoes from your address. Please pack them securely in the original box.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to a different card or account.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are made at no cost to you. We collect the original pair and send the new size once your request is confirmed.
